Thursday: Listen Up! Listen In, sit for social change

Listen up! Listen in: Sit for social change is a Poseurs class that was born out of the desire to actively practice feeling and connecting to the felt sense body during the act of listening. Currently Emily Denton and I alternate teaching this class every other week.
